With over 17 years of experience behind the chair, Jessica has built her career around helping clients feel confident, relaxed, and authentically themselves. Her journey into holistic beauty began through the inspiration of a close friend who followed her dreams to open a head spa—igniting a vision Jessica had long held in her heart. Now, as Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Serenity Holistic Head Spa OBX, Jessica has created a space where beauty meets restoration. She continues to serve clients four days a week at WaveLengths Salon, while dedicating two days to offering deeply therapeutic head spa services designed to support scalp health, stress relief, and total body balance. Rooted in connection, calm, and care, Jessica’s work is an invitation to slow down and return to yourself—one session at a time
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy At Serenity Holistic Head Spa OBX, each session is thoughtfully prepared to provide you with a peaceful, personalized experience. Out of respect for our time and the needs of other guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require a deposit to rebook. We understand that life happens. If you’re feeling unwell or experiencing an emergency, please reach out—we’ll always do our best to accommodate with grace.
